2002 Code of the County of Washington Virginia

The 2002 Code of the County of Washington Virginia is maintained by the Office of County Attorney and hosted for Internet access by Municipal Code Corporation. The 2002 County Code was republished from the 1997 Code of Washington County Virginia, which in turn was recodified from the 1976 Washington County Code. The Washington County Board of Supervisors readopted the 2002 County Code on September 24, 2002 with an effective date of October 1, 2002. The 2002 County Code is made available here for general reference purposes only and may not be inclusive of all matters of Washington County or Virginia law. Interpretation of and reliance upon the 2002 County Code as made available through the Municipal Code Corporation shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the user. In addition to the 2002 County Code, the Municipal Code Corporation also makes available the Washington County Comprehensive Plan through its website.
