Calendar Policy

Various meetings, events and deadlines of the Washington County government will be routinely posted on the Calendar. Calendar postings are limited to those County Offices, departments, agencies, boards, authorities and commissions with a webpage on this website and to those non-County government organizations which the County government is a member or direct participant. Postings will generally occur at the time a meeting, event or deadline is officially scheduled by the website's Sitemaster or by the website's various Pagemasters. Meetings, events and deadlines that are cancelled will be deleted from their original posted date and re-posted to another date(s) if/when rescheduled. Meetings, events and deadlines that are cancelled may not necessarily be rescheduled and re-posted at the same time. Calendar users are encouraged to check Calendar postings often for additions and changes. Please be advised that ending times for posted meetings or events may be estimated; it is recommended that you arrive at the meeting/event location by the posted beginning time.
