Washington County Service Authority (WCSA)
WCSA provides public water throughout Washington County, as well as wastewater collection and treatment in portions of the County. WCSA's governing body is composed of a seven member Board of Commissioners, one Commissioner from each of the County's seven Election Districts appointed for four year terms.
